No prior indication, out for a run, ooh that's a bit sore to ouch that hurts in less than a mile and a painful run hobble the last 2 miles home. As you say, Steve, patience...

Feel for you Oscar. Hope it’s ok to walk on? Is it possible to defer Snowdonia?

On a different note, today is a special day. 19 weeks ago a running pal of mine had his right leg amputated below the knee as a result of diabetes. Today he’s running the Gosport Golden Mile and I’ll be tailing him. Gonna be emotional.

Yeah it's ok to walk on. Couldn't walk down stairs initially but moving ok now.

Wow that's amazing in 19 weeks!!! Good on him :-)

Don't know about Snowdonia. I will make a decision on that at the start of July. Looking doubtful at best. I may just have a few very quiet months.
