Ted Collins played the Warehouse with Paul Cook from the Pistols on drums (I think 1994). He came on solo in denims and sang this solo, acoustic. I’d loved him since seeing the Orange Juice in Nottingham in 1980. He was fantastic

Ye, Sleeper was on my Listen list too. Always an Ed Collins fan. Most bands paled in comparison to Pulp - but Pulp was a decade older! :)
