Well done Larks Jnr for both being the starter and for PB!

Ooh, an Aonach Mor parkrun - do you have to take the gondola up?! :-) G

Unofficial double for me this weekend. Inverness change course on Saturday, then a test run for a potential changed-change course yesterday. The tropical storm conditions on the last quarter mile made for a fun finish!

For the right person and the right milestone, I think it was a lovely (unprompted) touch to let him be the starter - they're a great bunch at Delamere, really relaxed and unfussy, can't praise them enough really.

Well done on the PB - doubly impressive if he managed a PB as well as doing the pre run brief - did he have to jump into the run after it had started?

morning all

Calling out the London runners, I arrive at Euston at 0753 and the bike show at the EXCEL starts at 10.

Seems I could fit in a parkrun if it was between Euston and the Excel, can anyone help me with knowledge please ?

Ideally fast and road surface :¬)
