It was the realisation that I was thinking like that (along with the strong advice of a good friend) that made me seek help the first time round, TT. Take care of yourself and know that you've always got friend and support on here, and things can and do get better.

Thanks Nellers my friend. I'm OK today. Thinking about it the episodes though less frequent or lengthy do seem to be getting darker. I will talk to my counsellor.

Less frequent and briefer is definitely a good thing but if they're getting you to thoughts of your own demise then I think that's wise, mate. Do you have one you can get access to fairly quickly or will there be a wait?
