That's a bit harsh. She can only donate every 16 weeks. You can run every day/week if you want!

Did #11 or 12 on Tuesday.

The catering at our session was a bit scanty today. Plain biscuits or plain crisps.

You can't do a marathon every day. And even one every 16 weeks would be tough. It's quite a good head to head actually, isn't it?!

I gave on Saturday, but forgot to check the time. Was pretty quick tho. They confirmed that left arm is still easier to find a vein, after poking about for a few mins in the right, in vain (see what I did there?! ;-) ) Biscuit sittyayshun was poor, because I was last out (waiting for space for a left arm!) and didn't want to hold them up. But as I stood up to go, the nice lady gave me a couple to take away with me! Biscuit count restored.

I jus noticed I was 12 weeks and 2 days after last time I gave. That's pretty good timing given that I didn't plan it, I just randomly booked! :-) G

You can! You might not do well at them, but you can do it. Binks ran across America, in 70 days, no rest days, with no day shorter than a marathon.

True indeed WL. But as your man says in his blogs and books, he's an exceptional, ultra athlete... oh, no, actually he doesn't say that! ;-)

*Most* people can't do a marathon a day. 2, 3 or 4 a year would be much more "normal" so similar to blood donation was what I meant. :-) G

Gave blood a week ago, poor planning as I had the Manchester 10k on Sunday. Don't think it helped my lack of oomph! It was a quick session though - out in 45 minutes - brought my drink a biscuit whilst still in the chair, which was nice but I felt I couldn't take another one...
