If it's 18 hours after donating that will be about... now! zzzz My secret to recovery is 2 x Tunnock's Teacakes and 2 x Tuc Cheese Sandwich. My blood costs them more in biscuits than most, I suspect. Disappointed with my time from yesterday. Usually sub 5:00 but was over 5:30 yesterday. Must flow faster! G
Fizz :-) Feb 2018 1:31pm, 16 Feb 2018 2,625 posts	0 Fizz :-) We don't seem to get the Tucs in England any more I usually have a mint club and a bag of mini-cheddars. (next visit is the 6th March) Where on the time on the machines? Can you see it or do you ask the carers?
