DT, :). Pleased your chiffs have arrived! Chiffs aplenty on my run this morning, and singing (or rather, calling) nuthatches, plus yaffles. Highlight, though, was a weasel bounding across the path.

I've never seen a weasel; they're really tiny aren't they? Plenty of stoats up here. No chiffs yet.

I haven't seen a weasel for ages :( I used to know where to see one on a morning run.

No Chiffchaffs here, don't think we have enough of the right sort of "woodland"

excellent list :)

There was a very puzzled looking heron stood at the edge of a field covered in plastic the other day.

Adding Bullfinch to my list - first one I've seen in a long while

Two chiffs heard today on the in-laws’ patch in Seaton, South Devon. One was in a patch of scrub near the top of their road. We were driving past and I said to Stef there’ll be a chiffchaff here; I’m winding down the window. It was there nerd

House Martins nest building, single Swift overhead and Choughs calling on today's run.

PS: might not be at home ;-)
