Can you help dear Fetchies. In Southern Spain and have around six of these flying over the rooftops. Have spotted one nest opposite the apartment. Poor photograph. Thought peregrine but not certain. Thousands of swift here too

Looks like a kestrel to me, too. But I imagine you're familiar with kestrels, so what about these birds made you think they're not kestrels?
