Had a lovely 43 miles trip (the long way round) to and from my former hospital workplace along some of the roads that I cycled between home and work for so many years. Rode around the village the hospital is located in, revisiting some of the places I knew so well :-).

A "slightly extended" 93km commute (I did a club ride en route home). On my commuter which would never normally be taken out in company.

Longer than expected. Had the day off so just went out for a ride as the weather was nice. Got home 8.5 hours and 125 miles later with some impressive cycling tanlines/sunburn, tired legs and the urge to eat everything in the house. It was worth it though 'cos I managed to get an ice cream at the seaside and I've not done that in years :-D |

I had 3 rides today, totaling 42 miles, doing various things. I wish I hadn't done the last ride into the city, I got caught up in the Midsummer Fair traffic, and got affected by the heavy traffic pollution. The middle, and longest, ride was very enjoyable out into the countryside :-). |

Not really today, Started on Monday in Edinburgh and Finished on Thursday in Pitlochry. 152 miles (5700ft climbing) of fully loaded bike touring via Falkirk, Stirling, Callander and Killin. Been great cycling even though its been the hottest weather possible. |

Just over half way through a century ride, but more importantly I got confirmation at our first stop that payment for my new bike has been authorised by my insurance company happy days
