Yep. Use mode 1. I need to go a tiny bit lower too but only a smidge.

Nice swim today, pool was not so busy this week and most people were in the right lane. Just 2k today so as I had time to run to/from the pool... which is my new thing... for this week at least.

Brilliant swim yesterday. Feeling the lack of training (last proper swim was about 6 months ago :-o ) but there’s still a small residue of speed. Endurance has tumbled but it’ll come back.

Well done Angus. I'm going swimming tomorrow. It will be my first swim since the middle of November, not sure how I let it slip for so long but definitely getting back to it tomorrow.

Swam again today. Not long enough (neither by time nor distance) to be called a Long Slow Swim so we'll settle with Slow Continuous Swim for now. No more swimming until Friday now. :)

I swam 1500m this morning :-)
First swim in too long, really need to get into the habit of going regularly to train up for the Bantham Swoosh.
Wednesday mornings works well for me. I did 45 minutes in the pool this morning and I recon every other week I can do longer (when hubby's shifts means that he is home in the evening so I can start and finish work later.
I do need to find another day of the week that I can make it work as well though, so that I'm going more than once per week.
