A clubmate was at exactly your stage this time last year Toks. She had some 1 to 1 sessions, then moved to a small group of similar stage learners. In the last two months she's completed a pool tri, a lake tri, and will be doing a river tri sometime soon. She didn't always enjoy the learning process but she stuck at it and I think that's great.

One to one is way to go Toks streamline float and propel arms to move you forward kicking is just additional it's all about the catch and underwater phase 😉
