Good luck NE. May your spanners be ever where you expect them to be. Medium-long dog wandel yesterday left both me and the Sam feeling wiped out. No temperatures or coughs anywhere to be seen but we're feeling distinctly under the weather. Yah boo sucks to that. I intend to feel much better by this afternoon, and then to full enjoy the lovely warm weekend we're expecting (21 degrees on sunday!) by finishing off the stream and pond and then lying around in the hammock in a bikini (or the new wetsuit I ordered from wiggle, if that arrives in time, maybe). |

Morning all. He’s a sly bugger is W.F.Home. You’ve got to watch out for the one that goes the other way but once you play yourself in and take the shine off the new ball you’ll be fine. Suni Daize from the other end might get one to rise up off a length. No time for complacency.

MA - I am multitasking, wfh and making soup form all the slightly manky soft veg in the fridge RHR drifting back towards normal again, but still have a dry tickly throat, but that could be due to pollen as much as anything. Yoga and core later
