I never could get the hang of Thursdays. Though I at least remembered my suunto today, so my steps shall be counted. I skipped the heavy thing moving in order to join me colleagues going to see Eddie Izzard's (allegedly) last tour before he takes up politics. It was mixed, still more of a work in progress (I had tickets fort eh WIP tour this time last year but had to miss it to go to that London with the smart insole guys) than previous proper shows have been I think, but with some really good bits. It seems he's decided long distance sea swimming will be his new thing, after the marathon running challenges he's set himself, so I look forward to the inevitable documentary. |

I ran outside. It didn't rain. It was really rather pleasant. Except for the fact I apparently have taken my foot off the gas and can't now run more than 5k without wheezing like.... a wheezy thing. |

AA - I am exhausted. Our team of 4 has shrunk to 2 (until we interview/appoint) and my other colleague is stuck in Goa because Jet Airways went bust and her flight home was cancelled. I think 15,000+ steps so far today counts as X-training ?? zzzzzzzzzzzzz |
