BC - I comment because I care BC Short and easy run this morning, yesterdays intervals into legs and a 7 miler have left me tired this morning, no doms or any obvious signs but I can feel it. Angus - not drowning changed my life so I am thankful I can survive in water |

I know you do G. And it was a timely reminder. I shall run easy on Friday Benfleet 15! No. Not this year :-D There's a new local race this October - the Havering Half (yes Ankles, you have to talk all the way round) - I think I'll target that run wise in 2019 I kicked myself out of bed and swam this morning. It must be the season for it as it was the fastest I've done for ages. 5 x 200s all under 2m/100 pace. Knackered now. Fell asleep on the tube and missed my stop. I think the big smoke is on Christmas shutdown already. getting a seat on the tube at rush hour is unheard of. |

Havering Half? Where? When? I used to enjoy that dodgy midweek 5 in Gidea Park. Mainly because I was pretty much guaranteed first Strider as nobody else ever turned up. |

The dodgy midweek 5 is still on. That's usually the second week of June Havering half is going to be in Hornchurch on 6th October. Havering Mind Charity are running it and it starts and finishes at the sports centre. Not sure of the exact route but it's rumoured to go through the country park and also past the track. So I think that means the finish is going to be 'undulating' |

Excellent. Let me know when the details are finalised - it will be popular with people who marshal our one (late Sep) rather than run it...

Morning, there was no running or biking, there were however Maltesers, lots and lots of Maltesers.

TRO Todd and alligator dodger
Ill. There was sleeping, snotting and moaning last night. What is worse: rain or a cold? How glorious life would be without both of these, and Tottenham Hotspurs. |

Morning all. Get well soon TRO. Nothing wrong with a bit of rain though, and certainly nothing wrong with Spurs, I've checked with Greppers and he's in charge. |
