warmer than expected, pleasant - initially disappointed 1) 1m - 11:17(11:18/m) 139cal 5.31/8.7mph 2) 1m - 10:24(10:24/m) 134cal 5.77/7.6mph 3) 1m - 10:14(10:14/m) 136cal 5.87/6.55mph 4) 1m - 10:12(10:12/m) 136cal 5.88/7.51mph some way to go but its only 4 miles & I've got even less speed in the morning than at any other time of the day. Faster in the afternoon, but don't like running after work. |

Thinking about work this morning, so forgot to turn at the Mariners village - ended up doing 5 instead of the prescribed 4. very sluggish this morning, hamstring seems fine. |

Easy run this morning just to get out. Felt pretty good and enjoyed the rain that joined in half way round
