Snowdonia Marathon yesterday just felt terrible and awful, in a bad way mostly in the race and just didn’t feel ok at all 😞😞😞 #72 in the bag

My run today was very satisfying, the first of many base building sessions. Cooler conditions suit me, as I sweat profusely.

Quite a chilly six mile. Shorts and T shirt was probably the wrong call. I too sweat profusely but not tonight. I’m warming up with a blanket on the outside and a lasagne on the inside!

Thanks Eyns, not ran since snowdonia as am still shattered working this week Sunday as punishing but am off today and weekend so hopefully get some rest
