A tough Five miles up into a local wood. A 350 foot climb in a mile without having to walk was very pleasing. (I couldn't manage it without a walk on Sunday).
A lovely setting to run in.

Done and dusted 6k before the bakery was even open. (I had to get up at 5am to see my au pair off as she is going home today.) It was lovely as there were no cars or dawdling pedestrians and I had the whole broadwalk along the seafront to my self.

My penultimate run/walk on the programme. From next Tuesday it will be all running :)
Nicer weather to run in today. Leggies feeling strong. Concentrating on form.
Slightly faster pace than normal just to try and improve my CVS.
Heart rate went a bit mental.

Feeling happy :) Ready for the day!
