Good for you Tigger, it's always worse thinking about it, doing it is great. Hopefully I will be doing the same tomorrow. :-)

Good running people.
Remember you have until 10pm tonight to log those miles!
I don't expect to see much increase from us post FLMers!

Any suggestions for a theme this week?

Got out for my first post FLM run, and really enjoyed it. A lovely sunny morning, all the trees showing fresh new leaves, fantastic.
Not satisfied with that, about to meet friewnds and go for a coastal walk (and maybe pub lunch!)

Happy belated birthday, Bear - hopefully you're storming round your 10k by now.

Nice hilly 7.8 took me over 300 for the year so far....am having a crack at PB at Sheffield Half next week...

Theme - no idea - you always come up with something good!!! No pressure.... ;)

8.88 for me today, knackered after yesterday and a week of little sleep and wrong fuelling and hydration, then set off too quick and paid the pice at the end, did a little section off road just to break it up a bit, still 1.42 miles behing target (and two miles behind treacle ;) )

Theme - boxing?

I'm over 300 too! 8 drizzly miles around Tatton Park with a pack of lovely Fetchies. Went a bit faster than normal long run pace, because I get carried along by other people's pace too easily. But I think it did me good to try a bit harder - it wasn't as though I was going flat out, we averaged about 10:30s.
