morning all, I remembered my blueberries this morning ;) I am pleased to report that my comfort eating only lead to 1 biscuit :)

yesterday: (b) muesli (l) oatcakes with marmite, pear (d) rice with pumpkin seeds, mock duck and broccoli + soya yoghurt [oh, and 1 stolen biscuit]
today: (b) muesli with blueberries (l) oatcakes with marmite, pear (d) rice with kidneybean hotpot and broccoli + soya yoghurt
- need to find something to replace the tomato part of the recipe for the hotpot!!

have a good day everyone :)

afternoon all, currently sat at a borrowed desk with a salad bowl :) it is lovely, mind you I have o'd on cheese these last 2 days i am officially a mouse ;)

a Glascoed Greek salad today lots of veggies with feta cheese, olives looked a bit wrinkled so I gave them a miss and there was no cucumber left :( Otherwise all tasting refreshing.

Glad to see you're all being focused and great to get such a lovely compliment PLK :) always nice when others notice. Keep it up :)

Banana for me tomorrow CL ;) Tomatoes are on my banned list as they are acidic - I love them though :( I've read somewhere that cinnamon and nutmeg neutralising tomatoes - am I brave enough to add this to my dinner tonight (not sure!!!)

Have you started squeaking yet GG ;) (or whatever noise a mouse makes)

Cuddy
Hungry as hell, could eat like never before. Just about managing to keep a handle on it.
Really sluggish at the gym, legs like lead weights.
Sneaky peak of scale shows no weight lost.
It must be PMS.

So, yesterday in our department meeting I sat there for 2.25 hours with a tin of sweets in front of me and didn't have any. Today one of my colleagues brought in hot cross buns and butter and I didn't have any.

I am being so bloody good it is boring! Trying to eat lots of fruit - which I love, but I live with a family of gannets and by the time I get home all the fruit has gone!

Had a good(ish) run today.

Tried that, but the two legged rats seem to sniff out any food! I guess I should be glad that they are so keen to eat fruit!
