*waves* at her FFF buddies :)

I didn't weigh in yesterday as still feeling cr*ppy :( although I had good news in the heart department last week (more info on my blog) :) . I am now starting my 'reflux' diet to see if that helps at all - if anything I might lose some weight :)

Erm so I weighed officially this morning and the scales were actually showing my target weight. So I celebrated by buying a packet of haribo strawbs :) I want to continue being careful and maybe lose another 3/4 lbs to take me into the safety zone so I will still hang around if that's OK!

Well done HP & of course you can stay we'd miss you otherwise x

WW you're having a right nightmare bless you (((WW))) hope the reflux diet works (my friend also has trouble with that she deduced the trigger was stress) hope you get sorted soon, great news on your heart though, get well soon x

Had my rationed 2 cups of tea well ok I had 3 bloody stupid rules but in fairness main reason I didn't have more was that I've been in meetings all day. Got a mountain to do & not back in office til Friday so guess I'm logging on tonight when friend collects my godson later and a 445am alarm call tomorrow - theyre getting their lb of flesh shame it didn't result in a weight loss, lol

Well done HP bet you feel great .

WW hope your ok with the reflux , my son had reflux from when he was born till he was about 5 years old and it was terrible ( like the exorcist )

Well ive just worked out that I have 7 weeks till I go back to work after being on maternity leave, ive been off 7 months so not really looking forward to going back. The thing is I have at least 1 stone to loose before I go back so I can fit into my uniform do you think I can loose a stone in 7 weeks I know its ''only'' 2 lbs a week but sometimes it can be really difficult even loosing half a lb some weeks.

Well done HP, certainly stick around you have lots of good ideas which we still need you to share. Also keeping at target is by no means easy as I nkow to my cost.

Kaiser - you can lose a stone in 7 weeks if you really are determined. I don't say that lightly. I'm really struggling with my motivation at the moment so I know that it can be hard even when you really want to lose that weight.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning so must remember to do it tomorrow. Possibly it was a subconcscious reaction to having had a bad weekend diet wise. Or maybe I was just too sleepy before breakfast.

Well I've 'treated' myself rather a lot today. I need to stop now :) Thanks folks. I didn't have much to lose and I am in awe of those of you who have lost huge amounts. It's bloody hard.

1lb off this week. It doesn't seem much considering how good I've been, but it's better off than on.
I am back under the XX stone mark and don't ever want to go back over that again

Ww... Good luck with the diet, be very interested to see how goes... Hope it helps.

Gmm... A loss is a loss...

Hp well done fantastic !!

Don't understand what's up with my eating! Not sure if it's all the cycling but have consumed my own weight in chocolate... Once I start I can not stop!
I've got lots zipping around my head, and getting angry with my eating is not helpful... I love sw so don't understand why I'm eating crud still...

Tomorrow is another day I'm filling my bag with fruit and taking a mug shot for a pre run snack...
