I'm only just getting round to reading the online SW stuff. TBH I probably would have done just as well to pinch the book off my mum, but I'm hoping that the £20 a month membership fee will act as an incentive to actually stick to the diet

mmmmmmm........... banoffie pie

**wipes drool off keyboard**

Well I sts this week, not entirely unexpected but thought I may have sneaked a tiny wee loss since I had managed more execise but hey ho was not to be . that'll teach me!!

I am struggling today as out for post 10K food and drinkies and after only 3 glasses of wine I have the morning after munchies. Have already scoffed all the contents of today's nosebag, which as well as lunch included my afternoon and pre-run snacks. Not sure if I can last until 8 o'clock for next scheduled feed.:-(

Hi guys, I think I need to come skulking back. I have lost a few more pounds since leaving the thread at the beginning of the year but a photo of me at a race yesterday shows my spare tyre in all its glory which shows I am not losing quick enough.

Have just had a bag of rum truffles and a bag of toffee bonbons, mmm, wonder why it is going so slow?
Does gecko girl still take the weights?

Welcome back RT, there's an article now (link at top of page) then Gecko copies the results across to here once a week.

cut cucumbers/carrots into sticks and let them dip it in cream cheese/peanut butter?

my younger 2 will always eat it in sandwiches but the older one will only eat it in a burger.

Hi Mooty - everyone's welcome here regardless of the plan they're following :-)

To get my little HG's to try things I'd usually expand the truth about how it would make them run faster or play better - and they would always have to try a forkfull. Kids eh!
