Son of a Pronator Man
Strathclyde (9 am) and Tollcross (11) parkrun for me. First time at Tollcross so that's interesting.

I have discovered a total absence of buses to get me home from Lydd/Dungeness tomorrow, not to mention a stiff east wind, so I need to find somewhere else interesting to run.
