Good luck PM

The paint fumes should suppress the appetite a bit

solvent sniffing to suppress appetite? don't think it should be recommended. stick to the glass of water or black coffee.

p.s. my friends are ganging up on me trying to feed me up. don't they realise getting this power to weight ratio advantage took months of hard work and I'm not going to reverse it now with chocolate cake

Velociraptor
In general, as a population we have a different perception of what is thin from what we had 20 years ago. I don't bat an eyelid when I see someone with a BMI of 35 nowadays.

(Nobody tries to feed me up, though. I assume that I look as if my body fits me. Or else I'm so thick-skinned that feeding-up attempts that other people would notice just bounce off me without registering.)
