Well and truly smashed it mate - from 11:16 to 9.58 so I was a happy if exhausted bunny at the end

Last time I had two dodgy knees and walked at least two laps of it, yesterday was first time I ran the whole of it, have to say though I found it much harder running round a track four times than I find it running in a straight line on the road

Morning all
Great PB hls
I´ve just been out for just over 10k. Fairly slow, but it feels like it´s going to be another warm one out there and I was drenched in sweat by the end. Lovely running alongside the sea
Today will probably be a long walk in the sand dunes, and I think I´ll have earned cake by the time I get to the yummy German cake shop

PJL
I'm still buzzing from my PB. Not only a mile PB but a WAVA and Fetch rank PB as well! Thanks for the great support everyone.
Both the miniPJLs had a great time - they're taking their medals into school to show off!
