Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well and truly smashed it mate - from 11:16 to 9.58 so I was a happy if exhausted bunny at the end :-)

Last time I had two dodgy knees and walked at least two laps of it, yesterday was first time I ran the whole of it, have to say though I found it much harder running round a track four times than I find it running in a straight line on the road :p

Morning all :)

Great PB hls :)

I´ve just been out for just over 10k. Fairly slow, but it feels like it´s going to be another warm one out there and I was drenched in sweat by the end. Lovely running alongside the sea :)

Today will probably be a long walk in the sand dunes, and I think I´ll have earned cake by the time I get to the yummy German cake shop :)

I'm still buzzing from my PB. Not only a mile PB but a WAVA and Fetch rank PB as well! Thanks for the great support everyone.

Both the miniPJLs had a great time - they're taking their medals into school to show off!

So looks like everyone had a wicked day yesterday?!
And how many cakes were eaten?!
