fab, thanks YP. Have had a read of Yorkshireman HM, it sounds hard !!! will have a read up on the options, we don't need to decide which one yet (although HLS's initial agreement is now legally binding !)
Am looking forward to doing something different next year - I must be havinga mid-life crisis!

A tri is on my 'thingd to do before I'm 40' list, but tbh Haddi, I think the basket on my ladies shopper gives me an unfair advantage. I can carry lots of snacks and refreshments !! besides, I don't like to get my hair wet when I go swimming.

i am not a swimmer so count me out on the tri front. Toolilac - this legally binding bit is worrying me!! The Yorkshireman sounds a bit too far but we can decide in Jan after Brass Monkey which one - I promise I will do one of them with you - how is that!

Boing...just made it back from Norwich in time to join in the annual celebration of burning Catholic's or Bonfire Night (whichever you prefer to call it). ;-)

No running planned tonight but had to skip my swim this morning...I needed to be in the office early doors so to speak so had to be checked out of the hotel by 7AM

HLS - What time is the mile..? :-)

I know you can do 7.18 but as you are coming back from injury that has been adjusted for Hamsterboy, wouldn't want you to make the injury anyworse especially as it is your birthday.......oh and did we mention we always have cake at the end of our Yorkshire Miles :-)

Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday - SOD it is 6am while 7am on Sunday :p

Forgot to say I am off to go do the firework thing as well (would far rather go home and get some sleep I am so tired!) so not sure what time I will crawl in and get on line if I even do get back on line. Oh forgot to tell you I put too many words on the medals and they didnt ring me to advise so that has cost me £27 for additional engraving :-( They had best look fantastic now it has cost me this much :-(
