Yorkshire Pie (YP1)
You all talk too much to keep up with on my phone! Sounds like some good running. I took hellrunner quite slowly more of a lsr. Some of the bogs were evil and it was too crowded. Much prefered the yorkshireman. Good day out to do it with clubmates but not a huge fan of the race itself. Legs tired but injury fine. Settling in for the night with a little wine.

am back for a couple of minutes - how on earth did Sod miss the fact we are doing cake on Sunday!! I had gait done at Up and Running Haddi, good peeps, the guy who runs it is a member of one of the local clubs. The assistant that looked after me knew what he was doing but still double checked for me, and when I explained my budget they found me a pair in the sale. We have a she runs he runs at Monks Cross now, just over the road from the stadium which looks like it has a gait machine as well. The sweatshop is not in the centre, up and running is and you could easily take a wrong turn and end up outside there if I gave you directions! Could always meet you earlier if you want and show you. K finishes trampoline class at 10.00am so I am normally in town for 10.20 ish on a Saturday.
You decided what to get Mrs H yet? K wants to know her name so she can make her a birthday card - am I right in thinking it is Gill?
