I have 39 days to get in shape for my first 10k - think I may be crawling at the end, started swimming last night but as I am not a strong swimmer was a bit like hard work, of course was nothing to do with the extra weight or the biccies i scoffed yesterday

i'll need it SOD:) don't feel in form for a half at the moment, and am thinking of running with ipod which i haven't done for any race this year

i think iam just having a downer at the mo after sat race didn't go as i wanted did 10 mile on sunday and that went well so i know i'll be ok deep down, Thanks for the kind words i'll just think of you lot kicking my ass round the course
