Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :-)

Just got back from my race pace time trial (2 miles easy, 2 @ race pace and 2 @ however I feel)

Mile 1: 8:29/mi - Steady away
Mile 2: 7:26/mi - Starting to wake up
Mile 3: 6:40/mi - Blowing out my ar$e
Mile 4: 6:40/mi - Blowing out my ar$e
Mile 5: 7:52/mi - Taking it easy, feeling it a little
Mile 6: 7:56/mi - Starting to really feel it now, had to focus on my form.

Knackered and in need of a nice cup of tea :-)

I followed the run up with a "double A" session as well...(that's core and upper body weights in the gym) because I can't do it tomorrow!
