does it hurt to breathe? Might be a bit of a chest infection? One of guys at work has pleurisy this week

I have asthma anyway hls so my breathing hasnt been too good. Cannot stand the smell of whisky after being very ill on it about 10 years ago

Just got back from my race pace time trial (2 miles easy, 2 @ race pace and 2 @ however I feel)
Mile 1: 8:29/mi - Steady away Mile 2: 7:26/mi - Starting to wake up Mile 3: 6:40/mi - Blowing out my ar$e Mile 4: 6:40/mi - Blowing out my ar$e Mile 5: 7:52/mi - Taking it easy, feeling it a little Mile 6: 7:56/mi - Starting to really feel it now, had to focus on my form.
Knackered and in need of a nice cup of tea
