I raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan :)

Still taking care not to do anything SOD would disapprove of though. 4.12 miles at 9:34 pace. Nice and steady, and no more damage done.

I was about to say we had seven people for each of the three runnings for the mile but think the speed group has just lost one member - Dave - you are deffo excluded now!! :-)

FML - Central travelodge will be the one in town with no car park, east is the part of the ringroad that is solid traffic morning to night and I am pretty sure the one near the track was full first time we mentioned the mile. Will have a look in a mo and let you know some suggestions.

Just looking at the relay now :p

Monk Bar is central for anyone wanting to drink and about 10-15 mins max drive to the Huntington Stadium. Small car park though.

Anyone wanting something a bit better quality this is where I got married,

about 20 mins from venue and about 10-15 mins from centre.

I would call it shabby chic, very Country House feel if you know what I mean.
