Off to the naughty step Haddi and Dave
London was good, but tiring. Did absolutely no work all day which was good, a lingering breakfast, a bit of window shopping, sat through a dull awards ceremony which we were sponsoring, drank wine, train back. Leg a bit achey but I think it was a day of wandering round London in heels that did it because as soon as I took them off the pain disappeared.
I was planning to run at lunchtime but I was informed I now have a meeting over near Halifax somewhere at 1. If it was later I'd have run somewhere afterwards and not gone back to the office but I think 1 is a bit early to be able to get away with that trick...
