Fingers crossed! It's a bit tight again this morning but better than this time yesterday, so once I get those socks on and move around a bit I think it will be fine for today's run.

well enjoy yourself and be carefull with the leg ... I wish I could join you all but I'm laying a trail for the hash this morning so along with going round again with the pack after setting it I'll be on the move for about 5 hours over nice muddy fields .. not all running though

I'm all dressed and ready, ludicrously early. I woke up at 5.30 Definitely looking a bit panthery today, black compression socks, black shorts, black fetch top with my kirkstall vest to go on over the top. Will try to remember camera...

Wish I was doing the woodland one with YP1 - they have bacon butties and beer at the end - I will be lucky to get a slobbery kiss of my SIL dog
Good luck to everyone running today, have fun, personally I feel sick as a pig and dont know why, perhaps it is because this is the race that started the running off, that and little bro watching run fat boy run!
