Yorkshire Pie (YP1)
1.5 miles for me this morning. I did the same as yesterday and combined it with the trip to the paper shop, I got a bit further before deciding I should stop. This is hopefully a good sign.
Now I'm ready for a morning watching the GNR with breakfast, the newspaper and a hot drink

I was considering doing that too
Leg feels good now It seems to take about half an hour to stop niggling when I get in, but I'm hopeful it's on the mend
