i sent mr fetch a message wed night as I needed my UA number, and mentioned that we were still not on the home page and the next mile was nearly here - it worked - must remember to show K she will be delighted! :-)

in that case hope the leg is better soon, I have worked out a new route for tomorrow, 4 1/2 miles which cuts out the bit of road without a path :-)

just got back from a run (couldn't wait till monday) it was pissing it down but i ran with the biggest grin on my face both legs felt great:) a few niggles in left from around the achilies(burso(think i have spelt it right)) fiz said it would take a couple of runs to get use to the high heels ;) LP.

I'll join in this week - Go Rhinos :)

Half considering going over to Manchester - I said I wasn't going to because I needed a long run today, and I don't have a ticket, but I do have some mates who are meeting in a pub (surprisingly enough ;)) who I could join for a couple of drinks, and I don't think it's sold out yet...

I'm trying to decide whether compression socks would help (my leg, not my drinking ;) )

get some:) then we can be like 2 catholic girls at next mile :) they help me on long runs and also on really fast ones. :) try other colour than white :) going to get some black ones :)
