I don't know about the mile but, judging by the way I've been eating over the last 3 days I'm gonna be much bigger :-)

I know the feeling.

But the good news on that front is that I had a rubbish day at work and decided I couldn't be bothered to cook tonight. I decided to get pizza, but to go out for a run coming back via the pizza shop. I took money and everything. And midway round the run got rid of the pizza cravings, so I came home and am cooking something far healthier :)

The only downside is I'm not sure I should have run - my leg started twingeing again after a couple of miles, but I needed to get out there and release some energy so psychologically it was good, even if it wasn't physically.

morning all - you were quite well behaved last night apart from m'laddo as usual. Hope you are all well. Flying visit as busy at work.

Will next Mile be bigger and better than first? Dunno but K seems to think she has a hand in organising this one so god help us!!

Need to get medals ordered so need numbers please and as K keeps reminding me every time we discuss it have to get one with a black ribbon just for Chromey :-)
