That sounds great, hp and Garfield!
I did yoga at 18 miles of a marathon today, there were actually lots of us doing it! Made a big difference actually, I should have stopped a few more times...

I heard you were there becca! But we were late getting to the start and set off 10 mins after, you probably finished ahead of me :)

Yoga for the feet. I have lots of issues going on in my feet at the moment. I had to stay in cobbler's pose at the end because I can't can't get into hero but it felt really good overall. It's going in my favourites.

I was going to recommend that one to FM for her toes.

15 ish mins free styling on bits which seemed sore. This has been an interesting 2 month experiment for me on developing habits (or not). The 'more than 5 mins' rule definitely helped me keep doing it, plus accountability on here. Doing stuff at home with no reminders or social nudges like classes has been hard, but much easier with the company of this thread!

And I just did my highest ever month mileage with no niggles, must be due at least in part to this yoga thing surely?

I've been crap and struggled to motivate myself. I have however enjoyed following this thread. Yoga by proxy. In the same way as I run by proxy and date by proxy. This site is great.

I missed the last two days apart from a couple of tree poses on Sunday due to a lack of time but I think I did every day apart from that. It does help with conditioning for running so I'm continuing.

Especially for Halloween, Yoga for Zombies. For when you've had a heavy day or a sleepless night to throw off that zombie feeling. 15mins and lots of thriller arms.

Maybe you proxy yoga-ers need smaller goals?

One downward dog a day in November?
