If anyone has Apple Fitness+, the yoga things on there are very good - got me through lockdowns (various) over the last two years.

Do they do a Yoga for people who are inflexible by inflexible people's standards??

Most people I know who say they are inflexible are practically contortionists compared to me.

Which is why I say yoga is for bendy people. Quite a lot of whom (not people on here though) who are incredibly smug about it.

Garfield - I've done frogs in the past. Did them in bed so the mattress takes some of the stress. I have to each leg in isolation though - doing both legs together puts strain on my lower back.

I can do Tuesday, but Fridays are out.

Weekends obviously a non- starter.

LOL about schedule inflexibility! ;)

Fozzy, that's a good start...the bed is very forgiving and allows the lower back to get a bit of support. I find it challenging to give hip opening advice as mine are flexible, so I have to think about how I would give advice for tight hips...my quads and hamstrings are incredibly inflexible/tight (relatively speaking).

Evening all. Back from Body Balance.

Ankh was spot on - yoga by Les Mills.

I kind of enjoyed it. It felt like a mash up of yoga and Body Pump - which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I was looking for a yoga ‘plan’

I keep being enticed by asana rebel on Facebook

I know I could find free yoga on YouTube.

I just want to commit to say 30 minutes 3-4 times a week

Any advice?

Or have a look at Yoga with Kassandra on YouTube. She has a wide range of practices according to what your body needs. I'll give Adriene a shot this year - though I frequently lose interest about a week in...in the previous years I've tried it.

Here's Kassandra's offering on YouTube in the meantime...
