So. After a year, give or take, of yoga in front of the telly - mainly Apple Fitness+ - back in the studio for a fortnight and my teacher points to my knee collapsing inwards in a horrible and potentially dangerous way transitioning from Warrior 1 to Warrior 2.

There's a lesson here kids - if there's no teacher to check your form, remember to check it yourself...

I only did one class so if my form is shit then I cant really blame anyone . It is a flaw in my approach but the one class I did I really didn't enjoy.

You should be happy Greppers that she was looking and not just going through the motions. Good teacher :-)

Yup, when teaching, I give a bit of a demo then look at the students to make sure they are pointing in the right direction. They all have their cameras on - they're colleagues/former colleagues and all know each other, so no need to be shy.

Last year when I was doing taster sessions in October, no one had their cameras on and I had to use a few more descriptive cues to make sure they would be going in the right directions....and would basically do the class with them for the whole session, so they have an example to follow/emulate.

Hey
After some advice
When I bend my right knee it feels tight like an over stretched elastic band over the tops of the knee eg in a basic kneeling position

Which muscles is the problem and what poses are best to losen it off please?

Well done Maclennae. Pix, keep doing the kneeling position (sitting on heels) to ease off the quad(s). I used to have that feeling in both my legs when I had very tight quads...to the extent that I found it quite uncomfortable initially.
