Day 6 of 31 here and I'm afraid I'm going to leave it til tomorrow. I have 1 hour before an evening of clients, having just had an afternoon of clients, and I'm not keen on abs in that space. It will have to be a double day tomorrow. :-)

Double day for me as well. Day 3 & 4 of the March calendar. I was a bit apprehensive about a month of BALANCE :-o However I think it will be really good for me.

Just started the month of balance going to try be keep doing yoga most days. Def seeing an improvement in my long runs mind over matter and all that - staying present 😊

I tried Adriene for back pain (which I have at the moment) but it was all lunges and things which made it hurt even more :( Luckily I found another video that was much better.

Glad you found something that worked.

I was at the Osteo last week and we both agreed the yoga is really helping. I've been seeing her for almost a year for a range of niggles.
