What ratio of swim (or other non running) - to - running would you advocate FR? I go for 30% non-running (by time). e.g. if I do 10 hours training a week, 7 of run, with 3 of non-run. I think where the proportion of running is 80, 90 or 100% injury is more likely? :-) G

So I just went to check, and this is not a fix honest! For 2014, I have run 375 hours, total training 536 hours, so non-running proportion is... exactly 30.0%! :-) G

HappyG, I'm hitting a maximum of 30% (by time) of non-running, or in my case swim . This seems a good mix for me :)
