Got handed a flyer for this before Aice Holt parkrun. Seems interesting a lots of good reviews on Runners World.

Sounds good to me! Will class it as training for the Bupa 10km I am doing the following weekend. Quite fancy a crack at a PB for that one, if I can dodge the traffic.

This is on Sunday, so the forest will be nicely damp for the 10km.

There is one other Fetchie now doing this race I'll have you know! ;-)
