And so I have.

TL;DR - I loved it. It's an absolutely joyous production. The audience loved it too. They very skillfully dealt with the ending with a few minor but judicious changes. SPOILER - there are no babies emerging from pockets here...

And update - I'll probs blog about it, but I went again on the final day in London to see it again, and this time took Liebling with me as well.

Little Nemo
Right after a shameful amount of time I'm finally catching up with my backlog of books!

This was a re-read but I hardly remembered anything of this as it was probably 20+ years ago. I think I enjoyed it much more this time around, probably because I had more sympathy with the twins now that I'm older. I particularly liked the sections about acting and the way of life around their various jobs. Ending didn't quite work, felt a bit "oh just chuck loads of stuff in and something will stick!"

This feels like a much more straightforward book compared to her other work. It's a good enough read but I do prefer the darker fairytale stuff that she wrote.

I gave this book a 6.

Nice to see nearly everyone else found the last part ridiculous ;-)

I like the idea that the plot is like all the twists from Shakespeare plays, that makes a lot of sense.

I loved it. Wonder how it'll translate to a streaming thing? Part of the joy of it was being in the audience and feeling involved.
