Had tomato and spinach soup at the church cafe/coffee shop near my daughter's school for lunch yesterday. Made a nice alternative to basil.

The last of Sundays lamb added to sweated root veg, veg stock, a squizz each of tomato and harissa paste and half a bag of soup mix.

Cauliflower, broccoli and leek a couple of days ago. The cauliflower was old and the soup smelt of compost. Not one of my best :-O
