Winter running gear.

I need some suggestions of 'must haves' and 'nice to haves' for winter running as I want to start getting bits and pieces over the next couple of months rather than have to buy all in one go at the first frost. Thoughts? Nici
CStar Sep 2012 10:48pm, 16 Sep 2012 927 posts	0 CStar Obviously long sleeved top, trackies/ tights, gloves are good and a windproof of some sort, ideally flourescent. That and not minding looking like a newborn giraffe when it gets icy.

MissChappo Sep 2012 11:08pm, 16 Sep 2012 12,241 posts	0 MissChappo I've run in snow and ice in innov8s, can't remember which ones they are but they are very non-slippy but I'm quite steady of foot. Fetch buff to cover your mouth to stop cold air catching your throat. And hello again
