The only other ones I have done in the area you want, like Guildford and Alice Holt, tick the boxes on "not busy" but won't help you with any of the other areas ;-) Havant would be OK if it weren't for the bloody great hill towards the end.

I can't do farce on a Monday. Major failing. I shall now sit back and watch the chaos.

I am just glad I was around to read the post, pity is that I didn't take a screen print of it.

I actually believe that if Fetch had search his entire historical back catalogue he could not have found a better post to put beside your big stupid cat face.

Guildford, Frimley, Kingston, Richmond and Bedfont have slow tendencies over the winter due to surface, as does Black Park and the other slough one. Newbury is the best surface round that way I think. Hampstead Heath is tarmac but 4.5 laps and hilly. Good Kenyan hill session though if you fancy it. Crawley has grass too if I remember rightly.

Where exactly are you after location wise?

Crawley only has a bit of grass at the start. Then its more or less on the paths going round the park.

Though I wouldn't call it flat. More undulating, with a couple of hill chucked in.

Crane Park (Twickenham) - usually under 100 runners, flat and on paths / compacted trail. Never muddy.
