lurker (PECLO) Jan 2010 2:02pm, 26 Jan 2010 1,315 posts	lurker (PECLO) i used to be a kick boxer so i am ok to deal with any untoward behaviour myself aaanyway i went out for a little run today, just 4 miles and it was ok nothing lost as my club run is just a club run and today's will go down as "extra" still the rest of the week to do the important runs
