Dave - don't you go getting me into more trouble !!

i will be putting in some hill work in 2010 & reducing my mileage from the stupid amount I did this year.

Lurkio, it was my 1st marathon in 2007. I was a little under prepared training wise, but I'd done Coniston 14 earlier in the Spring, which gave me a good idea of what to expect. Choose a hilly long race, or even do what V'rap and eL Bee! did and do a few reccies

The course came as a big suprise to me & i foolishly tried to run it all & the wheels fell off at 19 miles & all i could do was walk.

I feel i'm in better shape in general & could run it all but gonna stick to my hill walking race strategy & aim not to get lost this time !!!

I didn't finish in front of you the year FD, it was 2008 I PB'd there. Luckily I knew the course after 2007 and got my training and prep perfect:)
