why do my legs shuffle?

weird isnt it. keeps me awake and when i get to sleep i always wake up about 3 a.m. and need a cup of tea

Are you talking about legs that have strange sensations? And those are relieved by moving them or walking about? And do these symptoms get worse if you sit still or lie down? And happen more at night?

Arrrghh... bane of my life. Normally get this when tired and need the sleep. Feels like lemonade running through legs :-(

Of it's after a long run it's just tired legs. If it's other times then google restless legs syndrome (seriously it's real)

I suffer from RLS - Abstaining from alcohol really helps and i've found that it's much improved since i've knocked the booze on the head.

i get this after any hard training or race - i find compression 'recovery' tights help a bit... so does sticking my legs out of the covers so they really cool down.
