Having been awake at 3 am for most of the week last night was the first time in ages I wasn't.

DT, I remember seeing an article on the BBC website a few years back about how a first and second sleep used to be the norm. I'll see if I can find it.

Wind howling around the house. Bladder (joys of getting older. Brain kicks in regarding work...... So fetching until I feel tired.
