Lovely WHW run yesterday, well done to all that ran, and sorry that a few coudn't make it. Around 30 miles along Loch Lomond and back - quite hard work :-)

Hello may, I don't know yet, 3 weeks' time is the Glen Ogle that quite a few are running so I was going to wait until a little while after that

Just to let you know of a run on the Way planned for Sat 24th Nov, starting at 8am from Tyndrum tourist board car park.

Looking to run the "Devil" route finishing up at Ft William or any of the stops along the way. Anyone who'd like to join in for some or all of the route is very welcome. Pace will be nice and steady for a relaxed day out in the Highlands :-)

_andy: I can't race a mile with a week's taper, let alone straight after a 40 miler! Why, are you thinking of doubling up?

Yes, very well done yesterday - it sounded really really tough in the mud. And excellent results from Jedburgh also for Sandemon and Spiced Apple, amongst other sterling performances. Must have been aided by the WHW training runs :-;
