Well sleeping before the race doesn't seem to have worked - I think getting up between 4-6am this morning to watch Kelly, then sleeping till mid-day didn't help. Will just have to hope I get enough sleep after to not feel too dead during burnham beeches half tomorrow. Sure there'll be quite a few sleep deprived people running!
